My kids love to hear stories. They probably ask me at least 5 times a day to tell them stories. I usually try to stall, but probably end up telling at least a story a day.

My subject matter:
- my or my husband’s childhood
- things happening that day
- previous events in their life
- made up stories about them and their cousins
- stories that involve Dora, Diego, Boots, and Baby Jaguar
- some combination of the above

I know that it’s good for our bonding, their imagination, etc., etc., etc. But sometimes I wish I could go at least one day without “Mommy, can you tell me a story?”
